"Thank you all so much for making my first Ironman experience so wonderful. I had my bike shipped to you and it was ready and assembled when I arrived. I rented the Zipp wheels and they were great. I was treated with courtesy and respect by Joe,by the blond lady and by the mechanics and they helped me with all my questions and rookie concerns. Cid Sr. was there to help me when I needed a Bento box race morning and Tara answered all my questions and is a pleasure to deal with. I did get a flat at 12miles and your crew was there in minutes, the mechanic sprinted from the car to assist me… the young lady told me to sit down take a break, get a drink and they’d get me back going. I admired the long hours worked by the staff and genuine commitment of the people you had with you in CDA.

"As you know by now, I went back this weekend to get my new running shoes. I love them. I haven’t had a chance to really try them out in any distance yet, but they feel great. I wanted to send you a quick message thanking you for your help. I was very impressed with you and all your staff. It seems that I don’t experience the best customer service lately, so when I do, I appreciate it. I am a novice triathlete this year, so I am still using my mountain bike (yikes!)
